No signal on 28e

Hi all I have lost signal on 28east and can't seem to find it again. I have I vu+ zero box with openvix I go to posistioner setup but I can't seem to get a signal on it all my other sats are fine for signal.including 13e, 19e, 23e, 0.8w and 30w. Any help much appreciated thanks in advance.

So will assume 1 feed on motorised,does it see 28.2 on your lists and not deleted sat 28.2?

not sure. But when I try to find it and get a signal I get nothing can you give me a working tp frequency for 28e thanks
