Hi there & thanks in advance for any help.
I have an h2s box & all was working fine. Just using it for Freesat channels. Box wouldn't boot & just had red light on box. Searched forums & it suggested it might be power supply. Didn't have a spare so I tried it with an universal ac/DC adapter & it has booted up but no channels & no signal being received. Could multi adapter be causing that? It's set to correct voltage. I have searched forums & tried a few things but no joy. After booting up a error box saying. "See pic" any help would be appreciated. CheersIMG_20190902_221532.jpg
 
No idea what PSU you are using, whether it is stable or capable of supplying the required current etc.

But I do know zGemmas can throw up many spurious errors due to PSU errors.
As you have proven that the original PSU is no longer serviceable I would immediately stop using the PSU/transformer that you
are using now and source a proper/original one.

Fairly cheap, Google is your friend here.
