No sky channels

Hi can anybody help,
I have a Zgemma H2s box and I have lost all sky channels even though I have only had my box for 2 months, when I do a auto scan I only pick up 586 channels and some of them won't work.
All channels worked one day then when I turned tv on next day would not pick up sky channels, checked cables and network is all green even flashed a new whooshbuild but no luck.
Am at wits end, I have returned box to guy I got it from and he has plugged it in at his end and every channel is there but now back at mine no sky channels. please help

Did you see it working at the guys place, last time I had a box that only picked up that many channels, turned out the lnb was not of any use , soon as I replaced it all was fine

No did not see it working had to send it back to him

Have you got a neighbour of family you can try it at, if you can eliminate then it will point you at your problem
