no sound on iptv

hi, av got zgemmah2s , the problem is some channels am not getting any sound at all on iptv.

Have you had it long ? Updated recently ?
Have you programmed the remote to control your TV volume ? If yes reset the remote and turn the box volume up to full.

Been there had that [emoji849]

thanks stewd. I have recently flashed the box, but not programmed the remote control for tv. its only some of the programme where there's no sound. the others seems to be ok.

Certain channels can be like that with iptv I've had it a couple of times with mine I just left it then a couple of days later sound was on that channel can you press red button see if you can change audio despriction
