no sound on mag265

help please guys, I have an iptv subscription & all channels are clearing but no sound, I have done a factory reset, changed hdmi cable, checked router settings one vermin the other spider vpn & all ok. I have asked my provider who is a member on here to restart my connection (not done yet) my box was knocked out by vermin last sunday, but all came back on Monday working with sound but following day no sound at all. I think I have tried everything apart from getting another box.
any ideas will be appreciated.

if you get another box, make sure it's got a cable tuner, then you can use the incoming VM cable and get all the channels but without streaming anything

Try a different supplier and see if the sound plays on that, it may be the supplier

yes vary rear the box its a streamer

I have tried a different supplier but still no sound, tried different tv's. hdmi leads you name it & I have done it lol
