No sound on vod

Hi I’m running whooshbuild infinity on zgemma h9.2s.

I have sound on sat channels. When I select the plugin for vod. I can play all movies but they have no sound.

I’ve also got xc plugin and playing movies through this gives me the same results.

Is there a setting I need to change, just wondered if anyone has any ideas?

Hi, just an update.

Tried all suggestions regarding altering settings to no avail. I had flashed it again previously but that didn’t fix it. Tried flashing it again just via online and it fixed the problem.

This is already my second zgemma h92s, I hope this one lasts!
