Nooob alert. Boot loop

sc0tty05

Newbie
Hello, I've been given an h.2s and I am trying to figure it out. In doing so I chose factory reset and now it's stuck in a boot loop

I have tried flashing a few images I found online but it will not even acknowledge the flash drive.

- formatted as fat 32
- dropped the file to it (openatv-6.4-zgemmah2s-20200520_usb)
- I just would like to start from scratch and get my IPTV subscription on the box but is it faulty or am I being an idiot.

Any help will be extremely well received.

Thanks

What files have you got in the USB folder?

force, imageversion, kernel.bin, roots.bin and splash.bin?

sadly has made no difference.

I am seeing the following in the error message it threw on screen:

Go on here openATV Nightly Downloads download one of the zip files.
Extract the zip file on laptop/pc, open the extracted zip file you will see a folder named zgemma open that change the noforce file to force. Put the extracted zgemma file onto a formatted fat32 USB completely power the box off by white button insert the USB into rear USB port power back on by white button and should start to flsh only use a 4-8 gig usb for reflashing.
If that dosnt work power off the box again then power back on and try holding the power button in on front of box.
