Nvidia Shield Pro 4k ir tv Vol control problem

I recently took the plunge and bought the 4k pro version and I'm impressed.
The only snag is, I can't get the remote ir to operate the TV volume. Its an older 4k 55" hisense TV.
Whats worse I constantly get an annoying pop up message along the bottom telling me how to do it.
It does can and tries 6 different code options but non of them do the trick.


Is there anyway to can sort it ?

There was a update today 8.2.1 that was mainly fixing remote bugs!! Personally I didn't want it to control TV so just indicated that it worked and moved on!! You won't get notifications then! That doesn't fix your problem but contact Hisense who may have code for your model!
