Odd Issue With Channel 5 on Xtrend 8500

Hey folks, on my mate's Xtrend, when he's recording Channel 5, Discovery Channel and Animal Planet will go to blank screen when he tries to watch them. All other channels we've tried are fine. The sat cables are in A and B where they're supposed to be and both tuners are set to Simple, Single, 28.2E and he's running the latest Vix. Why is it only those channels? Any ideas cos this one's got me stumped? Muchas gracias.

I've just tried mine and it's the same :whacko:
I can watch them on VM though, I'm sure it will sort itself next update.

Just realised I was behind on an update too. It didn't fix it though.
