I had a similar problem here: Ransomware

Even if you pay the ransom there's no guarantee that they'll send the decryption key and then you've lost your data and a lot of money.

You could run malware bytes anti malware. You can get a copy off U torrent if you use it.

If you use dropbox you can also restore previous versions of files.
My entire dropbox was encrypted but it allowed me to restore the pre-encryption versions.
