my mrs has just got a new laptop. we have an old desktop that does this fine but shes just gone on onedrive and its only showing her pictures up to 2017. all the newer ones not there. i cant figure out whats wrong here. any ideas?

Do you pay for extra storage,?
Im just guessing here, I don't use cloud storage or stuff like that as imo it's too vunerable to privacy issues etc.
