open box v8s stuck on e001 after recovery

hi im pretty new to this but have got the basics... I ve tried to recover my openbox v8s via null modem but after the upgrade I have a box showing e001... any ideas pls ??

Reflash using an earlier firmware and realise that you may have a clone box.
