Openatv help no picture

I've got openatv on this box

Softcam active as mgcamd 1.38
Newcamd.list in keys folder with mg_cfg

The box has connected to server but paid channels not displaying.

Done another channel search but still no luck. I know the line is good but can't understand why pay channels still blank.

did u resolve this? haver a similar problem. can see box connected to server via control panel, but only freeview channels showing.
