Trying to upgrade firmware but gets stuck on box with this message

Yes that's what I did. I've tried a few now and got one to work but it's and older one I was running on 2013 now I've upgraded to 2014 firmware but can't get latest one to work?

Finally got 76 loaded on and says in information that I'm on latest software. Still no signal on channels or rather little as in 4/5% other box works fine tho of same cable and that's on older software.

update channel list u can do it on box there is a guide on that page shows u how

Done latest software now via network just doing channels. Should this solve the signal issue?

Right I've done all that and it's now fully updated. Still low signal and the date and time is all wrong on the box. Could it be something to do with the satellite settings on box? What settings does it have to be. Thank you for your help so far....

blind scan astra sky 28.2 are u on the right sat feed at back of box and not the loop one

Yes. It's showing 36% on satelite signal and intensity 10%
When other box is plugged in its showing %90 and 70% and they both the same settings??
