Could someone please help, I am new with open boxes this is my dads old one i am using. I have set the gift up but cannot connect to Internet, the Ethernet is definetly connected but there is nothing coming up on weather or YouTube, on cfg it is telling me offline and login, any suggestions would be appreciated, this is stressing me out.

Is the little green light on when your in the Network settings page? are the little lights flashing on the ethernet port at the back of the box? Check your cables are firmly pushed in. Maybe its a faulty Ethernet port at back, try jingling it round abit. Also reboot your router & box

If The Internet is green and active but the line is asking you to sign in i would say it is the line that is down (cccams) If you know anyone who has also got an Openbox with an active Line take your Box to there house sign in with theree details and if it does sign on it is your Line If it will not sign in it is your box If it is the latter there are plenty of people out there who do repairs Hope this helps

So it must be a faulty box as it is not picking up Internet, I have tried 2 ethernets and it's not working, I know it worked a while ago so it's just frustrating that it might be something I'm doing.
