OPENBOX V8S CCcam STUCK ON LOGIN

Hi,Everyone its my first time to write to any fourm ;hope my serch ends here ,for past three weeks I completely exausted I couldn't get my paid CCcam cline to work in my openbox v8s it stuck on login and sometime it show offline but I can watch web tv so internet is not an issue I tried both wifi and Cable no luck , Iam using a belkin router. Any help apperciated ..Thanks
 
Thanks for your fast reply , Yes its a paid cccam not only these cline but test cline from other sellers also not working..
 
reboot your router buddy, if you've got 2 connections try this. For 2 to be down is odd! Are both offline?
 
have u got latest firmware is dhcp on does the light on back of box go on when u plug cable in the back
 
I did reboot my router but no luck ,yes dhcp is on and my box software version is 3511HD_10_08_2015_06B7and back light is on
 
have u deleted your old ccam will not work with two different ones in goto manage ccam in newcamd.list or cfg
 
Yes I did deleted my old cccam cline before inserting new one does updating to new software caused this mess??
 
if I were you Id getting the latest file again from yojia tech and update your box via usb. then start from scratch buddy
 
Does I need to factory reset my box before re installing firmware ? I did update and degrade software before but no use
 
Update...!!! thanks Everyone for your feedbacks finally a sai of releive Cccam working fine just degrade to older software version works for me; hope it will be helpful to others who are suffering from login and offline problem..
