Openbox V8S - Lost all channels

I have one v8s that has been working fine for the last 6 months until a couple of weeks ago and another v8s which is brand new which I bought to find out if the previous box was the culprit. Both boxes experience the same issue:

All channels (FTA and scrambled) are showing as "no signal", even though one of the boxes has been working fine and I haven't changed anything. Below are the steps I have carried out on both boxes to try and fix the issue.

1. Factory reset and deleted all lines and channels.
2. Downloaded latest firmware from yojitech and installed via USB.
3. Connected box to my router for Internet connection.
4. Did a network upgrade on the firmware.
5. Added my cline. (I have tried 3 different lines).
6. Did a blind scan which found most if not all the channels.
7. Clicked on some channels from satellite list like GOLD and BoxNation which worked fine.
8. Did a network upgrade for a channel list.
9. Clicked OK button to show channel list and selected a channel to watch but then I get no signal. (I tried about 20 channels both FTA and paid ones)

NOTE - the feed from my sky minidish is fine because when I plug it into my Sky HD or Sky Q box I don't have any issues.

I'm not a newbie but I not an expert either but I have checked all the basics such as, feed is going into LNB and not loop, that I have an Internet connection etc.

If anyone has any idea how I can fix this please let me know. It would be MUCH appreciated.

hi I had a similar problem mine did turn out to be the dish, the wiring needed tightening, the sly box worked fine but the openbox would show no signal
