I have been using an openbox VX2 with virgin media with no problems.
I have recently moved to SKY fibre. I connect via ethernet or wireless and get good speeds.
The next day or after some hours of not being used and put into standby, but still having power to the VX2 I find that the internet speedtest ookla shows speeds of only 2 -3 Mbps. The normal speed is 30 -60Mbps. If I switch the VX2 of and on I get normal speeds. My Sky Q router does have a power saving setting but this is disabled. This problem occurs with wireless or ethernet connections. Other devices still run at reasonable speeds e.g. PC, phones etc
Does anyone have and ideas how I can resolve this issue as I don't want to cycle the power every time I want to watch IPTV
