Openbox won't connect to FireZilla...

Hi. I have an Openbox V8S that I bought and it was ready to go and worked for a few weeks then stopped. Everything is scrambled and the guy who sold it is just blanking all of us so I've written that off. I have a different supplier who is willing to talk me through putting a new line in but there is a problem...

When I try and connect with FireZilla I enter the IP that is showing up in menu>Network Local Setting>Network Setting>Setup (Ethernet) and 'root' as username but keep getting an error. DCHP is on, and the IP is 192.168.000.016 if that helps? I would love to get this back in action!

The error in FileZilla I get when I enter the IP in 'Host' and root in 'username' is:

Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Error: Could not connect to server

Can anyone help please?

Add it manually, ok on camds setup> if nline ok on mgcam plugin> ok on manage and config> ok on newcamd> ok on add> now add and hit ok to save
if cline ok on cccam client> ok on manage and config> ok on cccam cfg> ok on add> now add and hit ok to save, job done

Add it manually, ok on camds setup> if nline ok on mgcam plugin> ok on manage and config> ok on newcamd> ok on add> now add and hit ok to save
if cline ok on cccam client> ok on manage and config> ok on cccam cfg> ok on add> now add and hit ok to save, job done

You make that sound very easy but I am a total novice at this mate. Sorry to be a pain...

It is very easy when you know how, but I'm at a loss as to why your provider is telling you try and connect to openbox via filezilla
 
Please, I know you are all trying to help but until I get all info from Davy via pm then no one can help.
So hold on lads--lets not confuse.

He's going to supply me with a line which I presume makes sense to all you guys so I'll get that and then send it to Reaper. Thanks for all the help so far. It's much appreciated :)
