opkg Lock Error Message When Downloading Plugins

Via a Telnet session I issued the opkg update command

I'm getting this issue with Wooshbuild infinity. Can't download any plugins and get the error opkg_lock: Could not lock /run/opkg.lock: Resource temporarily unavailable. Execution finished ... Anyone know how to resolve this??

Dream Explorer....Not listed under installed plugins but can browse to it under extensions but when I try and install I get that OPKG lock error

I had this problem last week and i deleted the secret conf opkg file.
Open Dream explorer.
Open Etc
Scroll down to OPKG and open
Then scroll down to secret-feed.conf then delete via red button.
Exit out and restart box then go into plugins and you should be able to download plugins and do software updates.

If you are getting the EXACT same error, I'm assuming this is after you have tried the above documented solution(s).
Am I correct in my assumption ?

Opened etc, then OPKG, no file in there for secret feed?
Do you have any other suggestions?
Trying to install easy add VPN.

Did you try opkg update in terminal openwebif or putty?

Type the IP address of your box IP address in your web browser this should bring up openwebif.
Bottom left of openwebif you should see terminal click on that username root hit enter then type opkg update and hit enter again and see if it gives any errors.
If no errors show reboot then try download plugins.
