Inside FileZilla the /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam-emu/oscam.server do I delete what's in there and add what I have been given for my line

Have you had another oscam server file in there running before, I would try just pasting your oscam details into the server file and save the changes, then, blue button, go to oscam emu and restart it, if it still does not work , you may need to go into oscam webinterface and see if the 2 boxes that need to be ticked are, then it should be working.

It should over write the file right click view /edit / copy paste

Add all safe reboot server
If you are struggling with oscam web interface use 1.2 converter tool add your values safe them in notepad as all files
Name oscam.server then you can refer bsck to them

yes, just remove what is in the file and enter your new details and then restart cam
