OSCAM / VM CABLE

Just a quick question for everyone. I mentioned on a previous topic about pixelation now and again on the Mutant HD51. I want to know if the OSCAM can be a possibility of this happening? Or if anyone has or had similar experiences then please feel free to comment and let us know. Anything relating and anyone’s opinion will be much appreciated.

I tend to find its on like your ITV2, sky movies, gold, Dave. I think most channels do pixelate but they are your main culprits.
