Go to Start Menu.
Go to Run...
Type exactly control userpasswords2
In the box that opens uncheck where it says "Users must enter username and password to use this computer"
Hey presto... no more password when booting Windows.
If that's not what you meant and you want to bypass a password that you don't know, then as per the above post, Google it, there are plenty of results.
