PDF documents how to merge 2 into 1 document

i have scanned in my cbr enclosure into my pc using a pdf doc - not sure if that was best or to use the ordinary scan page, but its larger than A4 - which is the size of my scanner.

I want to know can i merge both pts 1 & 2 together, but where i have it in 2 parts the same info ( in the middle is on both, so can i sort of cut and paste

IE:

the part in red appears in both parts and i only need it once
