Hi, on some channels sound is 10 seconds out, so you see the pizza adver 10 seconds before you hear it! Anything I can do my end, or supplier problem?

Depends what device your using if android down to provider to restart stream or a simple channel up channel down will sort it.
If using a zgemma you can install a plugin called audio sync

im using smarters pro
all channels are fine, just the BEIN sports, english is out

If all other channels are fine then it's probably a problem with that channel at source - report it to your iptv provider and see what they say.

Failing that, if you use VLC Player then you can adjust the sound sync.
