PiP (Picture in Picture), am I missing something?

Apologies if this has already been discussed but I have searched the forum and net and have been unable to arrive at an answer to this.

I have installed both VIX and ATV on my H.2S and on both, I have been unable to use PiP, the option isn't even available. In VIX, I press blue button and "Activate Picture in Picture" is not there. In ATV, I long press blue button and "Activate Picture in Picture" is not there.

I was sure that Zgemma H.2S had the ability of PiP. Can anybody explain to me why I can't enable it?

I don't believe the h.2s does have PiP ability, i'm sure I have read on a forum somewhere when I was doing my research. The specs on the zgemma official store also doesn't mention PiP

Yup channel preview on epg is best you'll get or the box would explode lol

Agreed it's advertised on the box and also in several posts over on another well known forum in some seller sections as pip also yet to get any img with the option in
