pixels break up channel

Im getting very bad pictures on 2 sky movie channels on zgemma box ive checked all cables rebooted router its unwatchable all the other channels are fine ive re run an autoboukets scan and still no picture could it be my provider

Highly unlikely, pixellation is always the connections/splitter.
If the channels don't clear at all, try a test line from elsewhere but I doubt it's the line, maybe power levels in the router need adjusting

check your connections as @pabloescaban said. Before we lost BT Sport I had the same issue with BT Sport 1 HD, every channel workefd but BT Sport 1 hd was pixelated, I wiggled the cable in the back of the box and got perfect picture and all other channels still worked perfectly
