Got zgemma h2h, bought pre loaded. Been working absolutley fine until today, was stuttering, so carried out a restart. After about 2mins of restart it came back on, a few channels seemed to have moved about, i clicked epg to check sports and i only have 2 channels there, they are front runner and bike (something like that).
So i searched the forum for what to do when this happens and people mentioned the softcam manager restart line. I i have restarted line, downloaded cross epg and carried out auto bouqoet scan (found 821 channels)
It finds 821 channels and 90+ radio, but still no sports showing in sports section, cant find sky atlantic etc, seems to be all paid channels. Also all the channels are all over the place, like no order
Someone please help, i am a total noob with all this gear, but can work computers etc if need be, just need a helping hand
