hi all...im new here....
My Rig...X58 setup...old school i7...
990x 1366 CPU @4.8ghz
Asus Rampage 3 Formula mobo
2 X Msi Gtx 680 Lightning gpu's (sli)
2 X ocz vertex 3 120 gig ssd(raid)
Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1200
24gig corsair xms3 2000mhz ram modules(4x6)
H100 Corasir Cooler
4 X 3TB XT Seagate hdds(storage drives)
Sony bluray writer
Liteon dvd writer
Corsair 800D Chasis

Yup thats my rig....os is window 7 ultimate 64bit...
Got this rig for some time now...just upgraded my gpu and ssd recently....

Guys i need your advice...should i upgrade my cpu and mobo?
As my ssd and gpu could be faster on the newer mobo's...

That setup looks to be pretty nice. Impressive! Maybe on paper you could be a little faster by upgrading the mobo, but in the real world, could you really tell? Especially for the investment? Same goes for the CPU. WOuld it be worth it?
