The inaugural SUPERBET Poland Darts Open will mark the beginning of a new five-year chapter in CANAL+’s sporting offer, as they prepare to broadcast live coverage of the first-ever European Tour held in Poland from February 20-22.
This landmark agreement gives CANAL+ access to the most important tournaments in world darts, complemented by selected top events in snooker and pool.
Under the new agreement, CANAL+ will broadcast the biggest tournaments on the PDC calendar throughout the next five years, which includes the World Darts Championship, Premier League, World Matchplay, European Championship, Grand Slam of Darts and World Cup of Darts.
The package also features coverage of all 15 European Tour events, with the SUPERBET Poland Darts Open taking place from February 20-22 at the EXPO Kraków, live on CANAL+ SPORT 5 and via the CANAL+ streaming service.
From the opening event in Kraków and throughout the season, fans will have the opportunity to watch the world’s biggest names in action, including reigning World Champion Luke Littler and Poland’s number one and World Championship quarter-finalist Krzysztof Ratajski.
2023/24 World Champion Luke Humphries and three-time World Champion Michael van Gerwen will also be amongst the star attractions, alongside European Champion Gian van Veen and Premier League stars Gerwyn Price, Jonny Clayton, Stephen Bunting and Josh Rock.
The world’s elite, led by Littler and Ratajski, will compete in Kraków, with the entry list also featuring the likes of Gary Anderson, James Wade, Danny Noppert and Nathan Aspinall.

We have been observing increasing interest in this discipline for several years, and by acquiring these rights we are responding directly to our viewers’ expectations,” said Michał Kołodziejczyk, Director of Sports Editorial at CANAL+.
“We have often been asked about bringing darts to CANAL+, and we are delighted to now offer the most important tournaments on the global calendar, including the World Championship and Premier League.
