Port forwarding for streaming lx2 away from home

Hi

i have been reading up on port forwarding on this forum but still not sure I'm getting it properly.

so far I've gone onto my sly router settings clicked advanced tab then remote management tab and changed port number from 8080 to 1587.

I already have Openwebif on my lx2 and vu+ player app on my phone and iPad.

Do I need to change any other settings on the router,Openwebif, vu+ app?
