Possibe USB problem

Trying to reflash my box... Have tried 4 different USBs all formatted with the new image.

Put it in the back of my box, power on and it just stays on ''boot'' then loads up the numbers.

I've put all the USBs back into my laptop and get the following message... ''Theres a problem with this drive. Scan the drive to fix it now''.

I scan it and it tells me theres no errors found.

Any idea's what the problem could be ?

full format the usb with hddguru then again full format with windows...load image then it will work
