PREMIER LEAGUE fans face paying £14.95

All Premier League games will be available to watch live until the end of October.

Current match selections will remain, while the other five fixtures per round not already selected for broadcast will be available on a pay-per-view basis on BT Sport Box Office or Sky Sports Box Office.

These games will be £14.95 each.
Clubs have agreed this "interim solution" to allow fans to continue watching their team live.

The Premier League said it and its clubs "remain committed to the safe return of fans as soon as possible".
'Interim solution' for top flight games

Seen this earlier this is shocking paying almost £15 for one game.

Wonder why no one hardly pays for sky and bt nowadays.

If it's to get some revenue for the clubs then it's arguably a good thing.
If it's a money grabbing exercise by broadcasters then it's a revolting act and genuine sky/bt customers should be leaving in droves
I hope the clubs benefit but ill be utterly shocked if they do, its just shameful of them tbh, twitter going mad about it, someone put on twitter that sly beetee and amzon is over 1000 quid a year lol, Gary neville just said, "charging 15 quid for something that's been free for last 6 months" if there going to go down the route of individual payments for games then they better lower it lol no 1 in their right mind is paying 15 quid a game

Would like the cash for clubs but it’s the premier league they will make money from it somehow.

At the moment in tough time for people asking them to pay £14.95 when they already could pay for sky/bt is shocking.

People who are season ticket holders for clubs should not be paying also they pay and can’t see their club but told they need to pay £14.95 to see one off games for their clubs is totally wrong.

Absolutely appalling decision. But these broadcasters and premier league as well all they see is pure greed.

Should be an uproar with this decision as hardly doubt clubs will receive any cuts from this decision.

So nothing about clubs get a share of the money yet fekk off sky,BT and premier league.

Taking advantage in the worst year possible knowing full well how many people are struggling financially as it is.

What was so difficiult for the EPL to allow fans to purchase a virtual ticket on a selected device for say £5 per game?

I think every Premier League game will be available as ppv at some time. Interesting that they're pitching it at this price - maybe a good test of how much the public are willing to pay for a single match.

Money mate.

£5 is not enough for their profits they need to rip off fans. Rich and powerful only care.about how to feed their pockets.

I can't see ALL premier games going down this route. Too big of a risk and big chance of losing customers to their subscription tv.

£5 a game may seem more fair for fans to watch their clubs. That is more of a fair price point if this is where they head in the future.

This is true. However, Sky and BT don't have a business plan built around charging a fair price.
