Premium channels work on first install until reboot

Hi all,

Firstly, sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but I've spent a good half an hour googling the answer :-(

Basically I've got a zgemma box up and running with cline all set up. Upon initial set up, the premium channels are all working fine.

If I turn the box on standby then back on the next day, still working fine.

However, and I've now done this with two separate boxes on two separate lines...

If I switch the box off at the back or at the plug then back on I lose all premium channels indefinitely.

I've tried rebooting my router, updating EPG, .

Network status is green.
FTP in to the box and the CCam.cfg file is there, and is correct.

Any ideas?

First off can I ask why your turning the box of at the back or at the plug?

Do you have your auto start enabled on your cam?

Do the channels come on eventually once the box has been switched on?

Thanks for the reply.

I wouldn't ever usually turn it off at the back, but I'm setting up one for my dad too and so came across the issue, just set dads up so thought I would test to see if same thing happened again and it did.

No channels come on at all =(

Has a little lock symbol.

How do you enable auto start?
 
Ok I use vix and to enable autostart you need to go into softcams.

Menu>setup> Softcam/ci> Softcam manager and then at the bottom of the screen you should see the autostart option.

Sorry I can't help you there.

I've never used wooshbuild but I'm sure there are others out there that use wooshbuild and can point you in the right direction.

I've just manually USB uploaded the CCAM file again and it worked straight away!

Maybe there's something needs looking at with the auto installer!
