Help with Prismcube Ruby AB IPbox Twin Tuner Sat Receiver

Im thinking of buying one of these boxes, PRISMCUBE RUBY AB IPBOX TWIN TUNER SAT RECEIVER & 2 YEAR WARRANTY | eBay
Does anyone have one and if so can i add a cline or cam to it?
Also its a linux box so would i be able to add any firmware on there as i know with the blackhole firmware you can have iptv etc
Im a bit of a n00b at this so any advice would help.
