Problem with Guide on my Gigablue UHD UE 4K

When I formatted Gigablue then applied Openvix 6.2 and then with Openvix 6.3.7. I recevied pictures from 28.2 after following instructions on manual.

My TV guide which used to give me 7 days channel guide. It now only gives two hours guide of television programmes. You have to follow all channels and give a click hoping your two hour guide will show on the screen, many times it fails. When you switch gigablue off at the mains and restart all the channels do not show the two hour package and you have to follow manually down the channel list and attempt to get channels working again.

My other Gigablue works with perfection downstairs.

Hope you can solve the problem for me, Thanks

Menu, setup, epg check epg location is saved to USB or HDD and Enable OpenTV EPG is set to yes then green to save.

Menu, setup, epg, OpenTV EPG downloader set:

Enable OpenTV download yes
Provider Astra 28.2
Auto scan Auto
Set to Automatic update interval to what you want
Green to save

Exit main TV viewing then blue button and choose OpenTV EPG forced download and this should absorb epg data.

Once happy check epg importer doesn't have rytec UK sources tick and check clearing current epg before import is set to no. Green to save

The concerning statement is switching it off by switch at rear. If you just do that, the EPG will not be saved. You have to put receiver in deep standby then switch it off at the back if you want to. Deep standby uses 1w of power, normal standby is full pelt.

About the two hours, that is just the default timespan. You can scroll to the right to see more, you can configure the buttons to jump 24 hours.

Single channel EPG, is also very good. You can access it by the red button by default on Vix.
