Problems after power cut

ok, so on tuesday we had a major power cut in our road....smoke coming up through pavement type of power cut!
Anyway, since then, everytime my box updates, it dumps everything! I have a zgemma hs2 and Im running wooshbuild v6 on it.
My supplier has reset the settings to take into account the ip address changing, but it seems as though the box is corrupted!

Im going away on wednesday but need to try and sort it before then, otherwise I will come home to a broken patio door and the box in the back garden if my OH cant watch his tv lol

Any ideas please??

You could backup all your settings Then press the green button >wb configuration > scroll down reflash wooshbuild After reflash >restore your settings Might solve the problem

ip should not change,maybe it might be a good idea to reflash and setup from scratch having saved your line info?

Ok, I finally sorted it out after about 4 hours! I downloaded latest version of woosh and set the line back up. All been running great since with one snag......cant get the region to change from west mids to merseyside! Its changed on the set up but not on the actual channels!
