Problems with Timer Record

I am trying to set a timer to record on my Zgemma H9S everytime I go into EPg and press green for add Timer I keep getting Error you didn't select a channel to record from can anyone help me sort this problem out

Its the red button select the options you want then green

I am on the Channel I want to record I press EPG it brings up the Guide it has IMDB red Add Timer Green epg Search Yellow add auto timer blue so I press green and it brings up everything timer type Name start and end time Location for recording but where it say channel it is Blank I click on Chanel put in the channel I want to record press green ok and it still comes up you didn't select a channel

yes I am and recording to external hard drive

I am trying to do a timer record on iptv to an External Hard Drive from zgemma H9s which I pay a subscription to

I have tried this and keep getting the message could not record due to invalid service

I have got as far as pressing service app what do I press to disable it

I haven't got it anymore as i've deleted it. maybe change from extplayer3 to default then save. something like that? sorry I can't remember.

Recording iptv is haphazard at the best of times, do you have a twin connection line?
