Also a H3.2TC or similar should suffice. I wish to test the tuners as Sat>IP on my LAN.

You can connect to the tuners on another box on the same network anyway.
Client mode on ViX and using the channel importer plugin on ATV.

Thanks, but I am concentrating on Zgemma devices ........ have one in service and would prefer to use a imilar device alongside.

thats like saying I dont want an HP printer because my TV is Samsung and my PC is Dell
a VU SOLO is a similar device , only better than a Zgemma,
TBH, most E2 boxes are better than Zgemma imo

surely you get the best you can for your budget as long as it is compatible......
