So went on the below link provided on here, followed the instructions.

However when I right clicked on "user data" there was no "Restore previous versions " option.
It states that would indicate the system restore protection was disabled, but it has always been on. I never had it off.
So this means have no previous versions on the user data meaning no potential passwords to restore?
Absolutely gutted.
