Raid shuts down 'prolific' illegal Sky Sports SPFL streaming operation

sky propaganda.....it's possible for resellers, with or without their own server, to accrue many hundreds/thousands of subs & generate a surprisingly high income. The sources of all the iptv piracy originates from barely a handful of operators through europe with supporting networks in countries particular to where their interests lie. Pirate Tv generates massive revenues for the organisations that control & operate it........& the claim that piracy funds organised crime, is not smoke and mirrors, but all too real. It is not the people who pay to access pirate tv systems that are responsible for facilitating the growth of organised crime, but conversely, it is, in entirety, the fault of providers. Providers are happy to take a hit from piracy, because the loss in profit that it represents, is a drop in the ocean. Piracy would not be viable if providers charged a fair price for their services.....charges are extortionate & profits are so vast that they cannot be imagined. The real crime is committed with the power of law behind it & the perpetrators operate out of corporate office blocks.

There's been quite a few crackdowns on this kind of activity lately, there was one last week where someone was found guilty.

100% agree with your comments, I have always maintained that the vast majority of raids we see reported are mere propaganda as the trading standards in most areas are very underfunded and usually have to target locally based misdemeanors. As for the police they are not interested and they don't visit the majority of real crimes so some guys selling cheap Sky is not major league. However I do realise some people are making millions but its a victimless crime if only Sky and big business loose out.
