Cable Randomly frezzing

Hi all,

Ok I have a 99% signal strength I have all the channels and a 60mb fiber line the box is working fine apart from randomly freezing a few times every hour or so and it freezes for about a min, it dose this on Paid and FTA so i really don't know what to do ?

I have factory reset the box and maybe I have set something up here woung?

Are there any settings that might need changing that I cound try?

At my whits end I really don't know what else to do

If its freezing as you say on FTA channels such as BBC1,2,ITV then that would rule out a server problem and relate entirely to a signal problem, did you make the cables up yourself for the Zgemma and how many other devices are using the cable line.

Make sure all cables are tight to all equipment
