This is probably going to be my last major rebuild of my system other than new graphics cards. How does it Rate?

I use it for Gaming and video editing. How does it measure up in your opinion. Any improvements that would help? Also the CPU is "unlocked", just exactly what difference does that make? And last but not least what would be a major upgrade for the graphics card? What is a good upgrade there w/o breaking the bank? Thanks for your help/opinions/input.
