re: amiko mino combo for satellite channels problem please help

hi I have the above I can get the free channels but not the ones from the server even though I updated the channel listings from the guy who runs the server (who wont answer the phone but has emailed me to say his server is fine) he sent me instructions on updating the DNS which I did but I still cant connect to the server any suggestions on what I can do... I'm quite frustrated with it at the moment.. no bt sports etc I'm in Ireland ROI
