Only a suggestion, but the blade section has had a thread
like this running for ages and it works a treat.

But there is no "PM sent" button in this section
so we don't no weather members get or are happy with the
info they get.

How about a single thread for requests with a PM button ?

These boxes seem to be getting more and more popular
so lots of same posts.
 
The one that admin left open here is in the general satellite section rather than one in each section,

will bring to admins attention and see if he can put back PM sent button,

even though there was a request thread, members just keep coming on and and starting there own, looking for same info and then other members continually posting, pm sent, have sent you on info etc etc.

EDIT**Stickied that thread looking for server details, so hopefully members will see it easily.

I know exactly what you are saying, but what i'm getting at is some newbies think
it only applies to their type of box hence the multiple requests
for the same info.

When they are trying to get their heads around it all
they don't realise what's good for one box works on another too.

I will put them on to that thread, no probs.

Yeh know what you mean bees, have asked admin to have a look and see if we can come up with something, thanks :)
 
I have added the pm button to every thread now dislikes.png so members can just use that from now on, then we dont have to read the same response over and over and over again lol.

Does it not say "member" usergroup above your avatar?. :whistling: check your inbox I increased it....

Another thing if you delete messages you have read it wouldn't get full :nerd:
