Record IPTV zgemma

I have a multi room sub on my Zgemma box however recording is hit and miss. Sometimes it records fine other times it may only record 20 mins out of a possible 60 etc.

HDD is paired correctly to box and plenty of free space available.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried switching to a none iptv channel like bbc to see if it records fully on iptv then take it from there

Yep it records fine from non IPTV channel

Have you checked with your supplier to make sure you have multi sub sounds like you may not just a suggestion and explain what problem your having

Yeah he said multi room is set up as I said sometimes it records fine even when watching IPTV. Just frustrating that sometimes its fine other times it doesn't work

When you set it to record switch to a normal channel then try switching back to an iptv channel may help just thinking of suggestions for you

My old zgemma h2s was always hit and miss more miss to be honest don't know if the zgemma liked recording off IPTV then watching the freesat stuff. It would record about a minute then stop.

Can anybody recommend another box with recording capabilities?

Formuler z7+ best for recording mate, they are about £90, android based but super box.
