WilloBuild Recording Grey's out ALL other channels?

Hi, I'm using vix 6.3 ( can't remember if it's straight vix OR willobuild) but I think it's straight vix.
Sorry zgemma h7s.
When I try recording anything it Grey's out ALL other channels & I can't watch anything else but the h7s is allowed to record 3 channels at the same time. This was working as it should on willobuild before box went in to boot loop. So I had to reflash, I I'm sorry but I don't remember what I flashed it with.
It's probably just a setting but I can't get it working as it should/was.
Any help would be gratefully received.

What are the tuner and LNBs setup like ?

Do you have a separate lnb feed for both tuners ?

If you reflashed did you set up the tuners correctly in tuner configuration

I would also be checking in Signal Finder you have a signal on all 3 tuners as plenty of times due to a bad F connector 2nd tuner does not work and all the rest will show grey when recording.
You might see another not greyed out as its on the same TP and can view it..

The H7S has three tuners. Two satellite tuners and one Cable/Terrestrial tuner.

Just to follow on from last question:
Do you have signal wires to all three tuners?
Have you set/configured all three tuners? For most people in UK, satellite tuners with signal wire should be: Simple, single, 28.2.

Are you using stream relay?

I knew it would be something simple.
Only 1st tuner was set. Seems fine now.
