Recording IPTV Player content

Hi all,
Had my ZGEMMA H2S for a while now but have only just started investigating the IPTV Player plug in.
I don't really have a problem watching the content but, occasionally, I would like to be able to record it.
So far I have not been able to figure it out, even whether it can be done!
I have been reading through this thread but most of it is so far over my head I just get dizzy.
Could someone please put me out of my misery and tell me either
A) You can't do it
or
B) How to do it

If you mean the standard IPTV Player plugin rather than a paid for service you just press the green button so that player/recorder changes to recorder/player.
It will then download to your hard drive.
