Cable Recording Question

Bought a ZGemma H1 with the intention of using a single sat feed (underground single cable to a man-cave out back so no option of twin feed)

I bought the H1 as it had the option of cable but after doing more reading I was wondering if I was to use a cable line instead, does it work the same way as a Vermin box? Single cable feed but you can record more than 1 channel. I'll happily give up sly atlantic if it means i can record properly with a single cable feed and get HD

the cable side is a single feed so you can record but not record one channel & watch another, the up side is you will get HD back, down side line costs a bit more as a general rule, I will be corrected IF wrong but the norm for these boxes to function fully is two lines.....virmin line + Sly line as I dont think you can split the cable feed
