Recording/tuner prob

Was watching one programme and was recording another at the same time. Could not use live pause/rewind etc.

Then deleted recording and could then go back to live pause/rewind.

I thought this box could record two shows/watch one with live pause etc also at the same time.

What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you have time shift disabled while recording but you should still be able to pause just not rewind
